1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or by direct communication with our team.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the nature of the service.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Please verify all details carefully.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in NPR/USD and are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel prices, weather conditions, or regulatory changes.
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash.
Prices quoted are inclusive of applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

More than 72 hours before departure: 80% refund
24–72 hours before departure: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: No refund

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

Full refund or rescheduling if the flight is canceled due to weather, technical issues, or safety concerns.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Changes to Itinerary

Changes to departure times, passenger information, or destinations must be requested at least 48 hours before departure.
Any approved changes may be subject to additional charges.

5. Flight Conditions & Delays

All flights are subject to weather, air traffic control, and safety conditions.
Scenic Charter Service reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel any flight in the interest of safety.
We are not liable for any loss or expenses incurred due to delays or cancellations caused by external factors.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must carry valid identification (passport, national ID) for check-in.
Passengers must report to the helipad or airport at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure.
Dangerous goods, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take all necessary safety precautions, Scenic Charter Service is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all passengers, especially for high-altitude flights and remote destinations.

8. Privacy Policy Summary
